Scope
We design and supply stainless-steel parts for heat-treatment plants as drop-in spares or engineered new builds. Typical deliverables include radiant tubes, furnace inserts/fixtures, and flow-guide components—built for high-temperature duty and reliable service life.
Main Product Groups
- Radiant tubes (Strahlheizrohre): straight, U / W / P, single- or double-ended; applications up to 1,100 °C.
- Inserts & fixtures: annealing racks, boxes, charging fixtures, baskets and trays for loading/handling.
- Flow guides & ducts: gas-directing baffles, diffusers, jet pipes/nozzles and duct sections for optimized circulation.
Capabilities

- Fabrication: rolling/forming of shells and sections; longitudinal & circumferential welds (TIG/MAG) with jigs/fixtures.
