Scope

We supply commonly required spare parts for heat-treatment plants as custom-tailored, drop-in replacements — with design checks and, where useful, efficiency improvements.

Main Product Groups

Hot-gas fans (impellers & complete units)
We deliver spare impellers and complete hot-gas fans, including reviews of existing installations with efficiency proposals and FEM analysis where required. Designs include vertical or horizontal shafts, belt drive with motor rocker, insulated round plug/flange for wall mounting, and gas-tight execution with purge-gas labyrinth seals — for furnace service up to 1,000 °C.

Heat exchangers for cooling sections
Flat/oval, round or finned-tube heat exchangers fabricated in mild steel or stainless; modernization of existing plants via improved exchanger design.

Radiant tubes (straight, P- and W-tubes)
Welded construction from heat-resistant grades such as 1.4835, 1.4876 and nickel-base alloys, engineered to suit your furnace layout.

Optimization & Upgrades

Beyond like-for-like supply, we check design and efficiency of existing components and frequently increase performance (e.g., via fan redesign/FEM).
