Scope

We design and fabricate high-temperature components for rotary kilns used in calcination, reduction, pyrolysis, and heat treatment. Deliveries range from drop-in spares to engineered upgrades that improve durability, heat flow, and maintenance intervals.

Components

  • Inlet / outlet cones & transition pieces (rolled/segmented, flanged, stiffened)
  • Burner pipes / lances, pilot and ignition hardware interfaces
  • Seals & seal rings (gas-tight designs, wear-optimized segments)
  • Internal flights / lifters, mixing ribs, dams & retaining rings
  • Hot-end liners, baffles & flow-guide elements for gas distribution

  • Dimensional checks on diameters, roundness/ovality and flange runout

  • Leak-/pressure tests for ducting and seal housings on request; full traceable documentation
