From Day One — over 30 years

Founded on 21 September 1994 as KS Stahl- und Anlagenbau GmbH, we began with a clear focus: designing and fabricating components for industrial furnaces and thermal-process equipment. From the outset, we combined in-house manufacturing with on-site engineering and repair services—supporting operators and OEMs with reliable stainless-steel and heat-resistant fabrications.

In 2022, we integrated the VULKAN business, including its manufacturing site and workforce. This broadened our capacity and deepened our specialization in welded assemblies and parts for heat-treatment applications—while preserving the know-how and continuity of the experienced VULKAN team.

As this line of business became the core of our activities, the company adopted the VULKAN name. Today, as VULKAN Edelstahlkomponenten GmbH, we deliver custom welded solutions for special applications in thermal processing—from build-to-print parts and vacuum retorts to tailored repairs and field support.
